In an effort to placate Hannah Montana–crazed kids who couldn’t afford the $4,000 ticket to see her concert last fall, Disney is releasing a 3-D film of the show for a limited weeklong run—and seats are a relative bargain at $14. (Opens Fri 1.)

Street dancer Allie gets a lesson in discipline when she enters the elite Maryland School for the Arts in this sequel to 2006’s Step Up, in which hip-hop met ballet. Bad-girl-turned-good clichés aside, the dancing (choreographed by Jamal Sims and hip-hoppers HiHat and Dave Scott) should be hot enough to warrant a winter trip to the multiplex. (Opens Thu 14.)
