Your little one is finally breast-feeding successfully (no small feat, we know) when you realize you don’t have a decent—or clean—nursing bra. Sure, you could head to Babies “R” Us or Buy Buy Baby, but if you crave some individualized attention, head to one of these local boob boutiques.

Upper Breast Side
The mammary mecca’s motto is “You bring your breasts, we’ve got the rest.” They aren’t kidding. The store features a “milk bar,” where owner Felina Rakowski-Gallagher walks new moms through the breast-pump assembly process. (UBS also stocks spare parts, saving you from buying a $300 breast pump when all you need is a $25 valve.) Bra fitters are on hand to measure new moms—in a curtained-off area, thankfully. A flat-screen TV keeps partners and older sibs occupied while they wait. 135 W 70th St between Columbus Ave and Broadway, suite 1 (212-873-2653, upperbreastside.com).
