Birthday party entertainers for NYC kids

Tanya's way with children is magical. They get SO excited to see her and just adore her. We first found out about her through Asphalt Green's summer day camp on the upper east side last year. Our 5 year old twin boys are just finishing up their second summer there and have her as their music, movement and story time teacher again. Last summer our boys would come home singing catchy songs we'd never heard before and talk about "Tanya" all the time. On a parents visiting day we were at the camp and witnessed the children react to Tanya walking by as they ate lunch. They literally scream her name and jump up and down upon seeing her. Naturally she was the obvious choice for the boys birthdays this and last year. Aside from the fact that kids think she's the best, Tanya is a devoted educator working at a Columbia affiliated preschool during the year, as well as teaching her own specialty classes at various schools and activity centers in Manhattan and parts of New Jersey. The birthday parties we have had with Tanya have been huge hits with the parents AND children. She is an expert in action with children of all ages and her classroom experience shows through in the way that she is both fun loving and able to sooth, engage and keep the attention of large groups of children.
