2010 children's music Grammy nominations announced

The nominees for the 2010 Grammy Awards were announced this week, and we're excited to report that two of our perennial faves, Justin Roberts and They Might Be Giants, have earned nods in the children's music category. We think Roberts's latest album, Jungle Gym, is one of the best kids' CDs of the year. Other nominees include the Battersby Duo, Pete Seeger with the Rivertown Kids and Friends and Judy Pancoast. You can catch the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards on CBS at 8pm ET on Sunday, February 13, 2011. Another date to mark on your 2011 calendar: Saturday, March 26, when Justin Roberts and his band, the Not Ready for Naptime Players, play live at Symphony Space.
