Uncle Pirate opens tomorrow at Vital Children's Theater
It may not be as exciting as a Broadway premiere, but opening day at Vital Children's Theater's newest musical, Uncle Pirate, is still a lot of fun for young theatergoers. The cheerful show follows a decidedly "average" fourth grader whose life becomes much more exciting when he discovers that his uncle is a swashbuckling pirate. In honor of the production's debut on January 16 at 11am, the author and illustrator of the book Uncle Pirate (upon which the musical is based) will be on hand to sign copies of their work.
Tickets are $25 each, but you can save 20 percent by purchasing them online with code UPVEB.
